Returns & Refund Policy

At Ultra Fitness, we stand behind the Ultra Grip & Cuff. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Change-of-mind returns
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items should be returned in original, resaleable condition. To start a return, email us at ultragripandcuff@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide return instructions. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at ultragripandcuff@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage, at no cost to you.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This 30-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
