What exactly is the Ultra Grip & Cuff?
It's a 2-in-1 gym accessory that combines a rubber lifting grip and a cable cuff in a single tool. Wrap it around a bar or handle for heavy pulling, or clip it to a cable stack for isolation work, so you can leave the extra attachments at home. Every order comes as a pair (two units).
Will it fit my wrist and ankle?
Yes. The adjustable strap system fits most wrist and ankle sizes securely, and the extra-wide cuff spreads the load evenly without digging in. It's designed as one-size-fits-most.
What's it made from?
A high-friction rubber pulling surface for secure contact with the bar or handle, industrial-grade hardware built to survive heavy sessions, and high-density internal padding for comfort under load. The finish is matte black throughout.
Is it sold individually or as a pair?
Always as a pair. Every order includes two units so you're ready to train both sides.
Using the grip & cuff
How does wrap mode work?
Secure the rubber flap around the bar or handle and grip over the top. The high-friction surface does the holding, which reduces grip fatigue and takes your forearms out of the equation. Ideal for deadlifts, RDLs, rows, lat pulldowns and pull-ups.
How does cuff mode work?
Clip the cuff directly onto a standard cable-machine carabiner and secure it around your wrist or ankle. This opens up isolation movements like cable lateral raises, low-to-high flies, tricep extensions and glute kickbacks.
Which exercises can I use it for?
Wrap it for pulling: deadlifts, RDLs, rows, lat pulldowns, pull-ups. Clip it for cables: lateral raises, cable flies, tricep extensions, glute kickbacks, hip abductions and more. One tool covers both.
Does it work with every cable machine?
It's built to attach to standard gym cable carabiners, so it works with the vast majority of commercial cable stacks, functional trainers and pulley machines.

Standard shipping is free, Australia-wide, on every order, no minimum spend.
Is express shipping available?
Yes. Express shipping is available at checkout for next-business-day delivery for a small extra charge ($5). Order cut-off times apply depending on your location.
How long will delivery take?
Orders ship from Australia. Standard delivery typically arrives within 2-5 business days depending on your location.
How fast will my order ship?
The Ultra Grip & Cuff is in stock and orders are dispatched from Australia. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and tracking as soon as it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within Australia. If you're overseas and keen, contact us, we'd love to hear where our customers are.
